How To Register For NIS

You can register for an NIS Spring Program in the following ways:

At scheduled registrations held at the Nash & Lodge law firm. See the North Indoor Soccer NIS Calendar for upcoming registration dates.
Mail in registration forms to 14500 Bowers Dr. NW, Anoka, MN 55303

Once available, you can obtain NIS Registration Forms as follows:

Download from this website.
At the scheduled registrations at the Nash & Lodge law firm.
You can pick-up forms as soon as they are available at the Nash & Lodge law firm between 9am and 5pm.

Online Registration
To submit a registration online, complete the following form and then click the "submit" button. You will then need to complete the NIS Release Form that follows and mail them to NIS along with the necessary registration fees.

If you submit a registration online, please complete and sign the following NIS Release form and mail it to 14500 Bowers Dr Nw, Anoka, MN 55303 along with your registration fee if you did not pay with a credit card.:
