NIS Registration Information

Registrations for the 2008 North Indoor Soccer Registration forms are now available below.

You can register for an NIS Spring Program in the following ways:

At scheduled registrations held at the Nash & Lodge law firm. See the North Indoor Soccer NIS Calendar for upcoming registration dates.
Mail in registration forms to 14500 Bowers Dr. NW, Anoka, MN 55303

Once available, you can obtain NIS Registration Forms as follows:

Download from this website.
At the scheduled registrations at the Nash & Lodge law firm.
From the file slots next to the concession stand (on the right as looking at the concession stand) at the Anoka Ice Arena at any time that the arena is open.

Form Downloads

THE 2008 FORMS ARE NOW BEING UPLOADED SO THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING. There are two versions of each document: "Form-Fill Word" documents and Adobe PDF documents. If you have current Word software you should be able to open the form-fill document, fill-in the blanks on your computer and then print out the completed registration form. If you cannot open the Word document or if you just want to print the form out to be filled in by hand, open the PDF version. You will need Abode Reader to view the PDF's. At the bottom of this page is a link to Abode where you can download a free version of Adobe reader.
