Each team must have an adult coach
on the bench for all games. Player passes will be required. Each team's rosters and schedules are
listed below. Each coach or team manager must e-mail the score of each game to your league coordinator within 48 hours
of your game or it will be recorded as a loss. If neither team reports the score it will be recorded as a 0 - 0 tie.
If you want to track goals and assists for your players e-mail them in with your scores and we will post them on the league
and team stat's page. There are generally 14 to 20 teams in this league. We will divide the teams into an upper
and lower division for the playoffs based upon your regular season record. Players will not allowed to play unless
they have turned in their identification picture and have their team jersey at the game. If a jersey is lost, contact
your league coordinator. If an unregistered player in played, the player will be banned from the league and the team
will forfeit all of their regular season games. If a registered player allows his/her team jersey to be worn by an unregistered
player, they will also be banned from the league. There are new rules this year. You can download a
copy of the rules from the Referee/Rules Webpage. There will be more 2 minute penalties called and the referee's can
call a five minute major penalty on a player. Please read the new rules! The 19 League has traditionally been
our most popular league. It also is the most difficult league to administer. Remember NIS has a zero tolerance
policy. No drinking is allowed in the arena or in the parking lot. No lottering is allowed in the parking lot
before or after your games. Please respect NIS rules so that we can continue to provide you with a fun, indoor soccer
league. Cost: $80 per player

19U League Team Formation Information |
There are normally 14 to 20 teams in the 19U League. This is a coed league. If you are forming
your own team and need players, let us know as soon as possible. If you are registering individually and wish to be
placed to be placed on a team, the earlier you register the more likely that we will find a team for you or create a new one.e Coaching

We will go over the rules of the league, talk about common issues that come up each year answer questions. What You Need to Bring to
Meeting: You must have your Player Roster and Player Information Form completed before you get your shirts.
It is helpful if you can get your player passes done and turned in at this time. Player Passes Each
player needs a player pass in order to play. To create a player pass simply make a copy of a picture ID on a 8 by 11
page, put the player name, his/her shirt number, the color of the team shirt and the team name. The player pass will go into
a binder that is kept in the announcers box at the arena. Referees can at any time check players to make sure that they
have a player pass by checking the Player Pass Book that is in the arena. A player cannot play until their player pass
has been tunred in and put in the Player Pass Book.

The 19U League will be placed into two divisions for the playoffs based upon the regular season standings.
