NIS will begin offering soccer training and conditioning programs for ages U6 through U19 for the 2006 season.
You will be able to register as an individual or as a team. Each program is designed by NIS Soccer Director Don Cameron,
a
USSF and UEFA National Licensed trainer and former National and Professional soccer coach, and will be coached by highly qualified soccer
trainers.
Team training will be custumed designed by NIS and the team coach to meet the needs of that particular team.
Individual training for U9 through U12 players will concentrate on technical skill training as well as small group
play. Individual skills are the building blocks for a successful soccer player. A player must master these
skills in order to begin to learn the tactical side of soccer and in order to become a succesful soccer player.
The Winter Sessions will begin in November and will be held in the gym at Lord of Life Church in Ramsey, Minnesota.

Winter Session I starts in November. Winter Session I
is geared for U9 to U12 players and focuses on individual training and speed, agility and quickness
training.
Winter Session 3 starts in November and is geared for U13 to U18
players. The focus of Winter Session 3 is tactical team and small group play.

Spring Sessions start in early March and three training packages
will be offered. Generally speaking, spring training will be conducted in the Andover Field House while league games
will be held in the Anoka Ice Arena. Spring Session 1 is geared for U9 through
U12 player. This session will focus on individual traing and speed, agility and quiickness training.
Spring Session 2 and 3 are geared for U12 through U18 players. Spring
Session 2 focuses on tactical team and small group play. Spring Session 3 focuses
on speed, agility, quicknes and fitness training.
