Jon graduated from Anoka High School in 2002.  While at Anoka, Jon lettered with the boys varsity team for three years.  He was team captain for two years.  In his junior year the team made the Minnesota State Tournament for AA schools (large schools).  Jon was a North Suburban Conference All-conference sweeper in his senior year.  Jon played on a C1 summer soccer team with the Anoka Area United Soccer Association until he graduated from high school.  Jon's teams experienced a lot of success going to the MTSA State Tournament on a number of occasions. His team traveled and played in tournaments throughout the Midwest..

 

Jon has been an instructor with the NIS Soccer Academy for the last 8 years.  He has also been an instructor for the Little Tornado summer program for the last three years.  Jon is a great player, a tremendous instructor and is very good with dealing with children.  Every year we have numerous requests for Jon as an instructor.

 

Jon graduated from the Carlson Business School at the University of Minnesota this past year and now works for Dain Rauscher;does not have to be an instructor for NIS, he still comes back as an instructor each Saturday for the Mighty Mite and Tiny Tot programs.  Jon obviously enjoys working with kids and helping them become better soccer players.
